JFK Smartlofts

In addition to the private Smartlofts, residents share various functions and spaces in JFK. These collective facilities were conceived by the residents and have been designed and realized. The Smartlofts are delivered to the buyer as Casco+ (i.e. including new facade, new balconies, house dividing walls, finished common areas, meter cupboard and underfloor heating).

In addition to sharing facilities, the homes are also 'smart' because they are very energy efficient (including collective solar panels and central supply of underfloor heating and cooling).
